Firefox has a aggregator plugin available of if you prefer you could use an online one like <a href="http://kinja.com/" rel="nofollow">Kinja</a>. It's good for things like news sites and weblogs, things that get updated regularly. An RSS feed is just a simple page with an abridged version of another page, you wouldn’t read it yourself but get an aggregator to read it and it would highlight if the page has changed since you last checked.
