5:35 pm on the 11th of October, 2004Well today I recieved a letter from the debt collectors! Apparenly o2 are looking to take money from me for no apparant reason, thieves! The woman on the phone fom the debt collectors pretty much said so too. Following months of them taking money they said they wouldn’t and failing to give it back, as they had promised, I cut my losses and left. My last bill from them was a credit to me, which incidentally never turned up…
Even though I’m no longer a customer I’m forced to carry on fighting with them.

How much are they asking for? And how much of a paper trail do you have? Can you prove that you don’t owe anyone?

I’ve got all of my bills available online, I should probably print them off. They haven’t made any more requests for money andthe woman at the debt collectors sounded like they get a lot of this sort of thing.
As far as Ofcom go then I’m just about able to get any use out of them. I made an official compaint which I’ve had no reply to so they might be able to do something now.
