All shiny and new looking, this is foolfillment, my new blog, it follows on from Stuart’s Weblog which didn’t have quite the same panache. The content won’t be much different you’ll just think it’s better because of the sharp new page layout.
Welcome to foolfillment.co.uk . This is my weblog, which spawned from my old one which may or may not migrate here. Given time I will tweak with the templates and get them looking eactly as I want, currently though I don’t have time, I’m in a group project at uni and have a folio to hand in on Tuesday and I need to complete my parts of it by tomorrow, also I have just been given two gerbils (both black, one boy, one girl, potentially 72 inbred baby gerbils as they are siblings) for my birthday which is on Monday. Suggestions for names? Currently going with Belle and Sebastian after I was overruled on Del and Mitri.
Stuart’s Weblog is drawing to the end of it’s life like Concorde. Following some rather pesky comment-bots stalking me I’ve decided to change my name, move house and assume a new identity. Soon foolfillment.co.uk will be set up and ready to go, it’s currently suffering from some teething problems but the support guy at my new hosts has been doing everything to allow Movable Type to function properly. I’ll let you know when it’s up and running. I haven’t decided what to do with this space yet but it’ll not cease to exist any time soon.
As far as news about me, I’ve been ill and it hasn’t been fun, and it wasn’t a hangover before you start although drinking the night before probably didn’t help. Still feeling fragile but at least I didn’t throw up on the bus today, which, I feel is always a bonus.

As a student I’m required by law to watch Neighbours, and I realise that it’s rubbish but that’s part of its charm. Did anyone see it yesterday? Wasn’t it like Trainspotting? I half expected the baby to start crawling along the ceiling. If you didn’t see it then tough, I’m not explaining it you’ll just have to feel ignorant - or superior, one of the two.
Yeah, yeah, so I didn’t put one up yesterday but here’s one today, and it’s got a bit of interactivity to it. It’s someone famous I saw at Safeway’s at Anniesland Cross, Glasgow on the same day I saw Henning Berg (it’s where the stars hang out in Glasgow), so who do you think it was?
The quality is poor because it was taken with my phone but that just adds to the exitement doesn’t it?
Some clues may be given out as the day goes on.
It was taken about a month ago.
sorry, the image is no longer here, but it was a cracking photo, i promise you

fool-fillment
Made from words plucked at random from books lying to hand.
I’ve had yesterday and today off uni and as you’d expect I filled the time productively and didn’t lie in bed all morning nor did I stay inside for the full 48 hours (it’s true actually I didn’t, but I’m trying to sound like a real student - sarcastic and lazy as hell).
I’m part of a design project at the moment for my course and our product at the moment is a camera that is suitable for a rugged, outdoor environment which is all well and good - there’s a lot to investigate, loads of possibilities to sketch out and what not. The problem is that now I want a new camera, which is stupid because the one I’ve got at the moment (Nikon coolpix 4500) is more that good enough for what I need.
What I do need to do is take more photos and put them up here, especially if I’m going to justify my entry in to the best use of photography category in The Guardian’s British Blog awards so I’m going to try to get a photo up here at least once a week starting today hopefully.
